Live Ops: Work at Home - Payroll Support Services

LiveOps is looking for caring, dedicated professionals with customer service, payroll or administrative skills to work as remote independent contractors answering phone calls on behalf of our healthcare services client. As an independent payroll services agent, you will help healthcare workers, like caretakers, properly submit time-sheets or resolve payroll issues.

Independent home healthcare workers call for a variety of reasons. Some call to inquire about time-sheets. Others call for assistance with W-4 verifications, or enrollment paperwork. Regardless of what drives the healthcare workers to call, the client wants them to receive the best customer service with a focus on being friendly, patient, and professional.

We are looking for people who are quick and efficient with a clear phone voice and a love for delighting callers.
